Did you follow the instructions to the letter (e.g. replacing the whole vendor folder).I upgraded to 3.3.11 from 3.3.2 today using the steps outlined on the phpBB website. For the most part everything went well. The view of all forums, by clicking on the icon, or clicking on the text "Board Index" gives this error:
